Delivery Times
UK domestic : deliveries usually take 3-5 working days from ordering for supplements and up to 28 days for clothes..
Unwanted / Ordered in error policy
If you wish to exchange a product you ordered by mistake, or decide you do not want, you may return it to us at your own cost providing it is completely unopened and in resellable condition. Once the product is received back unopened and undamaged, we will immediately dispatch your new/correct choice. This will incur a restocking fee of £5.
Please note you are strongly encouraged to research any products you are not sure about, including the ingredients list / usage. We are not liable for any products you order, then change your mind about upon delivery.

Reshipping policy
If we need to reship a package because the items we send are returned back to us by our couriers (Return to Sender), for any of the following reasons, a charge of £5 (minimum) will be incurred:
- Customer not being in / on holiday
- Customer not being in then parcel not being collected in specified time
- Wrong delivery address specified by customer
- Item being refused by someone at same address
